Shellharbour Physiotherapy offers a range of classes to help our patients improve their quality of life and physical health.
GLA:D®
GLA:D® (Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark) is an education and exercise program for all individuals who experience any hip and/or knee osteoarthritis symptoms, regardless of severity. This education and exercise program reflects the latest evidence in osteoarthritis (OA) research. In Australia, treatment of OA usually focuses on surgery and this program offers a safe alternative that may avoid the need for surgery.
