About Barrack Heights Physio
We’re a well established and trusted provider of Physiotherapy services in the Barrack Heights and Illawarra. Located inside the Centre Health Complex in Barrack Heights; we work together with our surrounding General Practitioners and Allied Health to provide a holistic approach to your physical health and wellbeing.
Our Physiotherapists are trained to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, vestibular, breathing and nerve-related conditions as well as refer for testing, assessment or other diagnostics. We’re here to help you in any way we can during your rehabilitation journey.

Vestibular Rehabilitation
Our Vestibular Physiotherapist treats dizziness and balance problems associated with disorders of the vestibular system and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). They can alleviate related symptoms such as:
dizziness
vertigo
nausea
impaired balance and unsteady walking
Sports Physiotherapy
Our Sports Physiotherapists are there to provide treatment for regular exercisers and those return to exercise as well as athletes. They offer:
injury prevention strategies

Yes. However, we do not bulk bill.
A Chronic disease GP Management Plan entitles you to up to a $58 rebate after you have paid for your consultation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• A Care Plan from your GP
• Your physical Medicare Card
• Any bank card that is not a credit cardWe will process the rebate for you on the day of your appointment.
Funds should be returned to you within 24hrs (although it is often instant).You can use a Care Plan 5 times per calendar year. This is shared accross all Allied Health providers including Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Dietitians and more.

Our other clinics are equiped with gym exercise machines, Pilates Reformers, weights and much more that our Exercise Physiologists, Eliza and Carol, use to develop your individualised exercise program.
