Carol has been employed with us at Shellharbour Physiotherapy for over 14 years as a fully qualified Exercise Physiologist. She enjoys prescribing exercise programs that are tailored to an individual’s needs depending on their health status, medical history and exercise tolerance.
Carol additionally has a passion for football (soccer), and has worked across men’s, women’s and juniors representative and amateur league levels. She specialises in injury prevention, on and off field rehabilitation, strength conditioning, player monitoring/testing, and periodisation planning. Away from work and football, Carol enjoys keeping active through running, Pilates, and paddle boarding in the warmer months.
